Terms of Use
Last updated 10 September 2026 · Applies to InvoicePro for iOS and iPadOS
These terms are an agreement between you and Mobile Alchemy Ltd ("we", "us") covering your use of the InvoicePro app. By downloading or using InvoicePro you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use InvoicePro on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
2. Your content and your business
You own the invoices, client records and other content you create. Because that content is stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups — the app can export a full JSON backup at any time from Settings.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you issue, including tax rates, tax identifiers, invoice numbering and any statutory wording your jurisdiction requires.
3. Free features and Pro
InvoicePro is free to download and includes a set of features at no cost. Pro unlocks the remaining features and is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
Billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- The Lifetime purchase is a single payment. It does not renew and is not a subscription.
- Prices vary by territory and may change. Any change to a subscription price will be handled by Apple in line with App Store rules, and you will be asked to consent where required.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple and governed by their policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something has gone wrong on our side, email us and we will help you sort it out.
Restoring a purchase
Your purchase is tied to the Apple Account that bought it. Use Restore purchases in the app, signed in with that same Apple Account, to unlock Pro on another device or after reinstalling.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use InvoicePro to produce fraudulent documents, to impersonate another business, or for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to interfere with the app's operation or to circumvent its purchase checks.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep InvoicePro working and supported on current versions of iOS and iPadOS, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed or removed over time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid feature does, we will say so in the release notes.
6. Disclaimer and liability
InvoicePro is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
7. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for InvoicePro. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any claim that the app fails to conform to a warranty may be directed to Apple for a refund of the purchase price, to the extent required by App Store terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using InvoicePro at any time by deleting it. We may suspend the licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections 2, 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of Mobile Alchemy Ltd, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
