Privacy Policy

Who we are
InvoicePro is published by Mobile Alchemy Ltd ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@mobilealchemy.co about anything in this policy.
What stays on your device
Everything you create in the app is written to local storage on your iPhone or iPad and is not transmitted to us:
- Invoices, estimates, receipts, purchase orders, credit notes and delivery notes
- Clients, products and services, and your business profile
- Payments, time entries, expenses, mileage logs and projects
- Your logo, signatures and any receipt images or attachments you add
If you turn on iCloud sync in Settings, this data is synced through your own Apple iCloud account so it is available on your other devices. It travels between your devices and Apple, not through us. Apple's handling of that data is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
What is processed by others

We do not send your invoices, clients or any business content to Adapty or to any other third party.
Tracking and advertising
InvoicePro contains no advertising and no advertising SDKs. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and released builds of the app do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission.
Permissions the app may ask for
- Photos — only when you choose a logo, signature or receipt image. Images stay on your device.
- Camera — only when you photograph a receipt or scan a product barcode. Nothing is uploaded.
- Notifications — used for local reminders about invoices that are due or overdue. These are scheduled on your device.
You can withdraw any of these at any time in iOS Settings, and the rest of the app keeps working.
Analytics
We do not operate our own analytics service and do not build advertising or behavioural profiles. Aggregate, anonymised statistics about crashes and App Store performance may be provided to us by Apple if you have opted in to sharing them with developers in your iOS settings.
Children
InvoicePro is a business tool intended for adults and is rated 4+ because it contains nothing objectionable. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights and your data
Because your business records live on your device, you already hold them. You can:
- Export everything as a JSON backup, or export invoices, payments and expenses as CSV
- Delete everything by removing the app, or by using Wipe all data in the app
- Request deletion of the subscription records held by Adapty on our behalf by emailing us
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over personal data, including access, correction, portability, restriction and objection. Email us and we will help.
Retention
Device data is kept until you delete it. Purchase and entitlement records are retained for as long as needed to keep your purchase working across reinstalls and devices, and to meet accounting and legal obligations.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and note significant changes in the app's release notes.
